Simply select START A NEW LIST to browse and run counts without setting up an account. You must register to make a purchase. Once registration is complete, you will have the ability to save counts for later modification and place orders thru IntelliList Audience Selector. The system has been designed to be easy to navigate and user-friendly. Throughout the site, we have included explanations on how selections work together, and detailed descriptions of segments throughout to help better target your audience. These definitions can be accessed wherever you see the button.

  • Begin with your geography. Several options are provided to easily select based on geography. Choose from State, Designated Market Area, ZIP code, or ZIP code with radius.
  • Refine your selection based on criteria that matches your ideal prospects.
  • Review your counts and modify your selected criteria.
  • Save your counts for future modification or purchase and complete the checkout process.
When your list is complete, Cogensia will email you with a link to download your list,or you can login to IntelliList Audience Selector and download completed lists from My Purchased Lists.

A notification email containing a link to download the list is normally sent within 30 minutes to the email address provided.
All lists are delivered via a secure link for download to you via the email address you provided. Your targeted prospect zip compressed file is delivered in a comma delimited format (CSV) and contains First Name, Last Name, Street Address 1, Street Address 2, City, State, ZIP+4
Your list will be delivered in a universally accepted format with comma separated values (CSV) including a header row. You can import the CSV into any tool that supports CSV format by using the import instructions for that tool.
Files are available for 6 months from the date of purchase.

If you are unable to locate and /or download your file through the link provided in the email, please sign into www.audienceintellilist.com with your email and password. Your file should be available for download in My Saved Counts, under My Purchased Lists.
We go above and beyond the industry standard to ensure the data you access is as accurate and complete as possible. The names and addresses provided for postal records were data hygiene (Standardization and USPS NCOA) at the time of purchase. Postal names and addresses are not guaranteed as deliverable, but Cogensia uses reasonable effort to meet or exceed industry standards for postal deliverability. Cogensia makes no representation or guarantee as to the conversion results of the mailing.
A 7% margin of error is within the industry's standard when any data list is used (i.e.: 3% postal addressing error, < 3% typo error, <5% consumer addressee moved or vacated, or deceased).
We utilize the latest industry standard encryption protocol (SSL) to secure your transactions. Our website is monitored 24 hours a day. In addition, we are fully PCI compliant.
Our application, IntelliList Audience Selector, contains over 120 million households, thus when initially opening the service the information is downloaded to your local browser in order to make the experience smooth and convenient.
Some older browsers (i.e. FireFox, IE) display a warning message, and ask you to stop long running scripts. To avoid this issue, you will need to increase your browser maximum running time parameter. If you are using FireFox, use the links below for instructions on how to increase the browser parameter values.

This is done from the Audience Summary page. Click Add My Suppression List | Suppress previous orders. You can suppress orders from 6 months (default), 12 months, or not all.
Under MY ACCOUNT you can upload a file of current customers for suppression from your order. You can upload 1 file at a time of names and addresses to suppress from your lists. Only CSV Files supported: First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State (abbreviation), ZIP code (5 digits). CASS standardization is performed on suppression lists to ensure the most current name and address is used for suppression.
Select by ZIP Code (Upload a List) under geography selections. The system allows 1 file of 5 digit ZIP codes. Only text files are allowed with row per ZIP code.
This is not currently possible in IntelliList Audience Selector. If a radius of more than 25 miles is required, please contact your Cogensia representative who will be able to coordinate this outside of IntelliList Audience Selector.
If your selection criteria is by State, simply select state and do not select a ZIP. If you only want records for a ZIP, simply enter the ZIP (no State required). If a State and ZIP are selected at the same time, the system will return households in the State OR in the ZIP code.
Purchases of email addresses are not permissible. The available audience illustrates how many prospects an email is available for based on your selection criteria. To execute an EM campaign to the desired audience, contact your Cogensia representative who will walk you through the deployment process.
You can download any purchased list a maximum of 5 times.
The size of the counts reflect the number of households meeting the selected criteria. Consider refining your count criteria or widening your geography to increase the size of your audience.
Two ways: First, simply enter the number of records you would like to purchase by entering the desired quantity on the Audience Summary page. Alternatively, you can always narrow your selection criteria.

The minimum order is 100 records and the maximum order is 50,000 records. Further, orders are subject to a minimum order of $150.

Cogensia delivers digital, irrevocable goods so we do not issue refunds once the order has been built and fulfilled. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon the purchase of any marketing lists or services from our site and our representatives. However, we do realize that every order is unique, and exceptional circumstances can arise with regard to the character of the product and services we supply.

Therefore, we do honor refund requests for the following reasons:

Non-Delivery of Product: Due to mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your mail server, you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days of the purchase date. If we do not hear from you within that time period, the product will be considered received and downloaded;

Download Issues: If you are having problems while downloading a product, please contact us at 866-849-0752 within 7 days of the order date. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason. Failure to seek assistance for downloading your file within 7 days may result in a refund decline;

Major Defects: Although all of our lists are thoroughly inspected before delivery, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted to our Customer Support Team. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If a defect or deficiency is identified and acknowledged and we are unable to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial notification provided by the customer, a refund will be issued to the customer in the full amount paid for the product.

Product Not As Described: Such issues should be reported to our Customer Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the Invoice. We reserve the right to rectify the error within 72 hours. If the error cannot be rectified within 72 hours, a refund of the full amount paid will be issued.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility, and therefore do not honor any refund/return/exchange requests, based on incompatibility of our products with third-party software or the results of a particular marketing program.

Marketing lists obtained thru IntelliList Audience Selector are for direct marketing purposes. The system does not provide marketing lists for OBTM. Please call your representative for OBTM lists which are scrubbed thru DNC.
Opting out of Direct Mail: If you wish to no longer receive unsolicited mail, we recommend you contact the Direct Marketing Association's Mail Preference Service, the official mail preference service for the Direct Marketing and Catalog communities.The Direct Marketing Association's (DMA) Mail Preference Service (MPS) lets you opt out of receiving unsolicited commercial mail from many national companies for five years. This will reduce most unsolicited mail. However, registration will not stop mailings from organizations that do not use the DMA's Mail Preference Service. To register, go to www.dma.org.

Opting out of IntelliList Audience Selector database: You can contact us directly if you would like to opt out of the IntelliList Audience Selector database. You will be suppressed from IntelliList Audience Selector marketing lists by calling us at 866-849-0752 or by sending your complete name (including any name variations), mailing address and complete telephone number (including area code) to:

Our data is routinely run through the National Change of Address (NCOA) Masterfile to ensure we have the most current address. However, there are cases where the consumer has not registered their change of address with the NCOA. You can send the returned mail piece to us directly and we will update or records.
