Non-Delivery of Product: Due to mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your mail server, you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days of the purchase date. If we do not hear from you within that time period, the product will be considered received and downloaded;
Download Issues: If you are having problems while downloading a product, please contact us at 866-849-0752 within 7 days of the order date. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason. Failure to seek assistance for downloading your file within 7 days may result in a refund decline;
Major Defects: Although all of our lists are thoroughly inspected before delivery, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted to our Customer Support Team. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If a defect or deficiency is identified and acknowledged and we are unable to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial notification provided by the customer, a refund will be issued to the customer in the full amount paid for the product.
Product Not As Described: Such issues should be reported to our Customer Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the Invoice. We reserve the right to rectify the error within 72 hours. If the error cannot be rectified within 72 hours, a refund of the full amount paid will be issued.
